Pavers vs Concrete

Like all things they both have their pros and cons. Pavers are much more astatically pleasing and will add more curb appeal than concrete. Although concrete can be stained or be stamped with a design, Pavers have a greater variety of styles and color combinations to choose from, allowing you to create a one-of-a-kind design. Pavers also have the added benefits of being able to spot fix small areas if the soil shifts or tree roots encroach into your driveway or patio. The pavers can be picked up, fix the problem, and installed again. Pavers might have a slightly more upfront cost than concrete but the long-term cost of replacing a section of concrete is much more than fixing a small area of pavers. The main benefit of concrete is the cost is less upfront, but this typically is only the case on jobs over 1000 square feet. For smaller patios the upfront costs of pavers are typically cheaper than concrete, due to most concrete companies have a minimum square footage amount to get that low cost of installing concrete.
